Operation process for car frame machine

(ONE) Please wear workin-weather,gloves before go in working-area.

(TWO)Checking before operation

1.Arranging oil,pneumatic road,clean the workinground,platform and sundries. 

2.Cheking whether oil/pneumatic road contactor is good, whether is damaged.Please exchange anytime if has damage.

3.Check the tower roller pulley fixed bolts are loose, it must be promptly tightened, so as to avoid pylon sliding caused damage to personnel items;

(Three). Up and down the vehicle operating procedures

1 platform lifting device attachment is strictly prohibited station,Someone must be guidancer when the vehicle up and down , the vehicle should be stopped at the platform specified location;

2. Platform should be operated smoothly when the platform is raised and lowered, when platform wheel leg cylinder without throttle valve, it is forbidden to fully open the oil pump relief valve;

3. Take-off and landing platform, the tower column fixed to the other end of the platform to prevent slipping; two lift placed close to the side of the leg;

4. Vehicles on the platform to tighten the parking brake, triangle pad before and after the tire is good; 

5. platform activities leg lock pin in the platform must be locked up after rising;

(FOUR) vehicles fixed operating procedures

1. Clamp clamping jaw before inspection, there should be no oil, debris;

2. Check whether the various parts of the fixture deformation, cracks, it must be replaced to prevent the force fracture rupture if have;

3. The main fixture bolts, jaw fastening bolts to be completely tightened;

(Five) Measurement procedures

1. Gauge should be gently, do not collide,prevent the gauge deformation, damage;

2. Measurement readings, glasses and readings parallel to reduce the reading error;

3. Measurement is completed, the measuring tool should be immediately put back to the original car tool; 

4. Measuring tools fixed, screw loose, re-tighten not too large;

(SIX) Stretching procedures

1. Before stretching operation, check the chain, sheet metal tools, pull chain is complete, no damage, cracks, scratches before use;

2. Please the guide ring height can not exceed the warning red line;

3. Check the chain, locking mechanism, the chain can not be distorted, all the links in a straight line; Guide ring hand wheel unscrewed;

4. Stretching tension should not exceed the rated load of the tool;

5. Do not hit sheet metal tools and chain stretching;

6. Stretching, the relevant personnel don't with the force direction of the chain in the same straight line;

7. When the tensile force is relatively large, you should use the chain on the opposite side of the pulling force to fix the vehicle on the platform;

(SEVEN). After the equipment is used, clean up the site, sheet metal tools, measuring tools, fixtures and other items, to clean and neatly and orderly on the tool car;

 

Eight. Parts damaged, hydraulic system failure, prohibit maintenance by yourself, so as to avoid damage or loss of parts, resulting in irreparable; prohibit unauthorized adjustment of the pump relief valve. Once happend the damage,please notify your company in time.
