Operation Note of Car Bench

 
◆ Handle the pneumatic pumps with care, no inversion, sidelong or dragging;
 
◆ Keep connector of pneumatic line clean. A connector with dust is forbidden to connect the pump;
 
◆ No dust or water in air supply of the pneumatic pump (water separator is recommended). 0.8Mpa pneumatic pump is recommended;
 
◆ Do fix the pulling tower(s) before pulling work;
 
◆ Do fix back-end of the pulling chain on pulling tower before pulling work;
 
◆ Do not distort the chain during pulling work;
 
◆ During pulling work, no standing along the force direction;
 
◆ It is forbidden to beat on the pulling chain or pulling tools;
 
◆ Pay attention to pulling tools during pulling work, in case that excessive pulling damages the tools;
 
◆ Stop the pneumatic pump when working height is approaching warning line, in case the hydraulic system is damaged;
 
◆ Working height should not exceed the warning line on pulling tower;
 
◆ Overhead puller pulls the thin plate or car roof only;
